Tiny bit OTT but - did you attend the course or did they just give you a DVD?
Reason I ask is that we attended 2 x 3 hour course and one of the best things we got out of it was being there with other parents and not feeling so alone about having a nutbag child.
I imagine just watching the DVD would be a little bit 'dry'. We had the chance to discuss various issues with the group and I found alot of value in that part of it too.
