    Attachment parenting

    Hi!
I'm a trainee with the ABA, and I am facilitating the group meeting in a couple of weeks. The group has asked me to talk about attachment parenting, and while i am definately no expert (just fumbling through!!) I've read quite a lot of books and practiced quite a bit of attachment parenting philosophies. I've got plenty of resources, but our group is quite big (can be up to 20 mums + kiddies) so i was thinking it might be an idea to split the group up for a bit of the meeting and do some kind of activity. That's where i'm stuck! Has anyone got any ideas for games/activities that can draw out a discussion on attachment parenting?
    Thanks!

I'd recomend some fun with putting babies in wraps...we were going to do this for my birthday and have races and other stuff...don't know if that's what you were thinking of.

    Linds,

If you have the resources, could you give them all flip chart paper and textas and get the groups to all brainstorm what they percieve "attachment parenting" to involve?
And then from there you can pinpoint what they are thinking about, and then expand on the most common themes?
