We did it!

After 20 LONG months Ds has started to sleep through!

Tonight he even went to bed all by himself with just some milk! No breast feed!

The nights of long feeds and constant waking, Dh being kicked out of our bed for ds may now be over!

I am so proud of myslef for sticking with the gentle techniques and not caving to pressure form family to let him just cry!

So it can be done! The light at the end of the tunnel is there! So keep nurturing your beautiful babies and they dont need to cry to learn to sleep all night!

Well done my baby boy!!

A little update form us! Ds is in his own room and going to sleep all by himself! I am so proud of him but so sad that my baby is no longer a baby.

Mataray cant wait for a night out where I am not called home
