Hi Ladies,

So I got my results back from the 1 hour test on Friday and it came back 8.0. OB is sending me for the 2 hour test this week because he is wondering if it wasn't just something I'd eaten beforehand since the only thing I'd had before I went was a glass of flat lemonade for my sore throat !

He wasn't even going to send me for the test he was so unconcerned that I might have GD, but I asked for it because I have an uncle on my father's side who has type 2 diabetes, so I thought I'd be better safe than sorry.

His concern now is that twins come early anyway, so with the added risk of GD they could come way too early.

Has anyone else had GD with twins? How early did they end up coming? We're they big babies?

Mine are so far tiny babies and I feel 110% fine, so I'm really hoping its just a random high reading and the 2 hour test comes back a bit better.
