coeliac recipes and help pls

hi all you recipe hungry people.
have been diagnosed with coeliac disease great!!!!!!
and i love food and i love to cook so it would be great if you could give me any yummy recipes tips and advice.did discover this week chang fried noodles are now gluten free as well as original i love the asian noodle salad!!!

Oh Kel its so hard to have a restricted diet. Have a look at the top of this forum, there is a sticky thread for coeliac recipes.
