    Gross taste in my mouth

    That bread is nasty

Does anyone have a sure-fire gluten free "bread" recipe?

Look up Quirky Cooking Artisan Bread. She links through to the original recipe. It's so yummy. Btw, you can buy sorghum flour at Indian grocers.

I've not managed to make any decent bread, but find the "Schar" brand ok (I buy at Harris Farm) and Naturally Gluten Free (health food shops) nice. It all has to be toasted though and none of it is actually like "real" bread. I am finding it better now because I have forgotten what real bread tastes like!

Their is blog called gluten free goddess. She has some recipes on it. She has a white bread recipe you make with a bread machine.
Like Amaunet I had not luck with baking my own. Funnily enough a local lady makes excellent loaves and buy them from her and also my gluten free shop have a supplier that make one called Black Ruby which my DS2 loves, it's as close to 'real' bread as he is going to get.
