Kmart one has a few of the things the girls wanted... Is that the cheapest you've seen the fire station?
Also is that cheap for summer riding camp?

We got the Kmart catalogue in the mail yesterday and I looked at BigW online on Friday. Will be making a list at lunchtime todayBG, I think the big box of lego is cheaper than elsewhere anyway. When Target had it on sale it was the same price as Kmart's not on sale price.
Was the friends magician one Mia's Magic Tricks? If so, I bought that one for DS's friend a couple weeks ago. I want to get another one for DS!
I think that's the one... A little rabbit pops out or something?
Girls list is massive & DP is like do they REALLY need more lego... Hmmm it's what they want.
Planning a few big sets & then just some smaller random stuff!
I would say its on par with cheapest I've seen riding camp. Fire station is definitely cheapest I've seen![]()
So many good things. I can't decide. Will have to see what DH thinks.
I took DD to Woolies yesterday and she spotted a stand with DVDs. Guess what she picked up? The lego friends one. lol. I didn't buy it though. Was stupid price so they can keep it. i have seen it cheaper in the catalogues so I might get it for her for xmas. I already have the lego batman one for DS.
I shouldn't share this cos I want to win ;-) Mums Lounge have a competition to win the top ten Lego packs!! :-)
What's is mums lounge.....?????
ETA: found it
The girls x-mas list is substantial.
That pack would do the girls, nephews & friends
Good luck Hun!
It would be exciting if someone here wins the ten packs. :-) Especially if it's me. Lol
It would be exciting! That prize looks awesome. Fight you for it![]()

Hi Lego experts,
I want to buy our 2 year old dd duplo for her birthday. Are there themed ones or just blocks? Price wise is toys r is or Kmart/target better? Thanks!
I'm pretty sure they have a very cute zoo set, my girls had an alphabet train.
At the moment most places have sales but non sales times I've found kmart are generally cheapest (but look around)
I would suggest kmart too. There are a few themed duplo sets but I just got my DD a block set. I think at her age, making particular items is a bit hard. She prefers to build towers or have me build dinosaurs.
Thanks! I might buy one of each lol. Will try Kmart.
DS earnt his second lego reward today. Since he asked for girl lego last time, I gave him a little friends set. He was not impressed lol. I was nice since it was a reward and swapped it for a toy story set. The look on his face said it allHe can't wait to get home from kindy today to put it together. And I can't wait to get home from work to put it together lol. Might have to put the friends sets up for a couple years until DD is big enough
Can't believe he's been gender stereotyped already. He used to love pink & purple. Boo to gender stereotyping.
gender stereotyping sucks big time! DD has joined the "girls lego, boys lego" brigade - and i have no idea where she got it from!
I'm sure DS gets it from his kindy friends because I have always encouraged him to choose pink if he wants pink, to play with dolls if he wants to (not much lol). He even sits watching Tinkerbell with a scowl on his face saying every now & then "I hate this movie" but unable to drag his eyes away. He used to fight DD over the pink plate. Not anymore![]()
