If he likes sentimental things and you have time (with a newborn and a toddler, ha!) I saw an idea where you get a jar and little note pad, and you write 365 little love notes in there. This one was on three different colours, and one had things he loved about his wife, another had memories or moments, and the last had quotes or song lyrics. The idea was that every day for the next year his wife would pick a note and would have a good start to the day. I was thinking about it for my DH because he has a tendency to be negative and I liked the idea of him starting his day positively.
