I just thought I would share this site with others

Joulupukin Kammari - Santa Claus Office - Joulupukki, Lapland, Finland, Rovaniemi

on the left hand side there is a link to Santa live and you can watch Santa live.

When you click on inside or outside cam it opens up in Windows media player

Also as it is an over seas site you may have to wait for office hours to show the kids
