    I am with Beagle, on ADSL2+, 50GB @ $85.95 per month.

    Previously I was with TPG, ADSL 1500, 50GB @ $69.95 per month.

So, as we use a lot more data than you, not the best person to answer!
I still highly recommend TPG, and have also heard endlessly good things about Internode.

We are with iprimus.. 1500. adsl. 12gb a month.. I think I pay (lol) around $50 a month.. I pay a little more for email spamming prtection or something like that ($4)

I have been reasonably happy with iprimus.. been with them for over 3 years now

iprimus have deals with smaller amounts of gig. Also its cheaper if it is bundled with the home phone..

If possible try and get the Optus fusion deal.. We can't get it here but my mum has and its pretty good capped at $99 a month phone and internet.. unlimited DL

there is a lot of info on there, and there is a broadbad selecton tool that will let you put in your requirements and come back with what options are available for you.
be aware that the cheapest deal is not always the best, some of it is about customer service as well.
    i would not recommend aapt.

We are with Internode, 512/128 ADSL (we can't get ADSL2+) 5GB per month for $39.95.
They do a 1500/256, 10GB, for $49.95 per month. We are deciding if we should go to the this one or not? We have hit our limit once so far, then they just shape you for the remainder of the month.
If you don't want to be ''shaped' they offer what they call data blocks, so you can buy 2GB for $5 to get you through to the end of the month when your download amount restarts.

Are you on contract with telstra and have to pay the contract out?

Just be aware that ifd you break contract with Telstra you will be required to pay back the half price discount

We're with internode. They've been fantastic for the 2.5 years we've been with them.

We've got the Home Extreme Value plan:
    Quota: 25Gb (masses)
Speed: Extreme : 1500-24000 kbits/sec (depends on your modem, I think, we find it very fast).
    Price: $59.95 per month
