Pandora Bracelet - Which bead to reflect your children?

I have a feeling I'm in the wrong area (Mods, please move for me if so).

    But.........

I have a Pandora Bracelet. I got one when in Aus over Christmas & I started off with 2 beads. I got a heart shaped bead to resemble DH & a sapphire bead for myself (birthstone). Next time I'm in Aus, I would like a bead each to resemble my girls. I always thought I wanted the little girl pendants to resemble my children, but here's the thing, I'm not sure I actually like them. lol

I'm thinking of a pretty bead with the kids birthstones in it, not necessarily matching though.

So it got me thinking, which bead did you choose to resemble your children?

My DD2 is mad on shoes, & there is a gorgeous shoe charm - if it had an amethyst in it, would be perfect.

If I had a Pandora bracelet (lol) I would get a lion for Jazz, she is a Leo. It would have to have a bright red crazy mane, for her hair hehe.

do you have nicknames or anything for your girls that there might be a charm to resemble it. My angle bub was sunbeam so I have a Sun to resemble him and ds is my moonbeam so yep you guessed it he has a moon, starsigns and birthstones are a good idea to or so.ething that reflects their personality

Claudia is like a ballerina, so I would like ballerina type one for her. I have never seen a ballerina one, but mind you, I have never looked. Jess is mad on pink things, so there are plenty of pink style ones I could choose for her.
I like the pram ones with the blue or pink stones in, but being that my girls are now 4 & 6 I think that's a bit old for them - you know? If they were still babies, then that's what I would go for.

I am almost certain I've seen a ballerina one at the jewellers, but I haven't looked in months.

DH bought me mine when I was pregnant with DS. He got a few charms for him and for us and a baby carriage for DS. When I was pregnant with DD, he bought me a baby bootie charm.

I think this would be beautiful gift for my DD's 16th birthday in 3 weeks.
She can slowly build on it.
    Thank you for the ideas

Rainbow - I think it's a lovely gift idea. I buy my girls a little pendant/charm (not Pandora) every year for their birthday & I put it away. They dont' even know they exist. I try & buy a charm reflective of the year that has been. When they turn 16 I am going to get them a beautiful bracelet & have all the charms soldered on. I reckon a Pandora for a 16th birthday is a really wonderful idea. Silver charms can be relatively cheap & they are great gifts for her friends to give, etc...

OZZIEHOFFY _ Your kids have the most beautiful lips - you should get a 'kissing lips' style one to reflect your handsome little guys!

I think I have decided on a princess crown with the pink stone for Claudia. My sister reckons the thong with the CZ in it to resemble thongs at the beach as Jess is mad on going to the beach. I can't decide between that or the strawberry for Jess.

Thanks guys, I love to hear what charms you all have. Once I have my babies reflected then I'm getting busy on filling it up with 'pretty' beads.

Oh & yes, I definitely need some spacers Cass! Thanks for reminding me!

OOoOoOh I love the lips idea... Oskar has divine lips, Elijah's aren't as divine, but still a lot like his brother.

Re: Jess... I think go with your initial gut and that was the strawberry.. it jumped out at you and screamed JESS!

Spacers... I got the one with flowers on it and one with like squiggly looking things on it lol. Only one of my beads is a "pretty" mean nothing one but I have others lined up ready to buy haha.

I've got the initials of 'L' and 'C' to represent my boys - the silver ones with the gold letters. I've got a universal bracelet too - and have a mix of pandora & a few other brands on there. DH bought me an engagement ring charm for our anniversary (not a Pandora but I don't know which brand?), and he bought me a solid heart for my birthday. I've got stacks of spacers... I'm not so keen on the animaly ones... so all of my other ones are more just beads that I like I am going to get a 'D' for DH as well... when I get some spare cash
