My biggest tip is to always list things after business hours, but not Friday or Saturday nights! Choose times that people will be at home, bored and trawling eBay for things, you'll get heaps more bids that way. I usually list things like clothes etc on a Sunday afternoon or around 7pm on a weeknight so that when the auction ends (in 7 days' time), the people I want to bid will be sitting at home and more likely to be (eg if they've seen it earlier and put it on their 'watch' list) able to bid as many times as they like, itms. Some people sit on eBay at work but they can't really focus on it as they're trying to do their job at the same time, they're not home on Friday or Saturday nights, so weeknights are the best for getting lots of last-minute bids Good luck, I hope you get good prices for your gear!
