I really dislike toilets in bathrooms. So I wouldn't do it to add a second toilet. I would appreciate it more if the second toilet in the laundry was gone and the laundry was bigger.

In a small 3 bed unit, a second toilet would not be my priority, and TBH would only serve to give the RE means to add another $20 week to the rent.
