Love my Bosch Dishwasher (it's still pretty new, and I think I want to marry it). Love my Bosch front loader. Love my Westinghouse upside down fridge/freezer.
NFI about dryers, just about to buy us a new one, as ours is on the blink. NFI about ovens and cooktops, though I tend to think European is good for most appliances, and I think the kitchen is something worth spending money on. I agree with you about gas cooktop and electric oven! I think most people do.
