    Question Tell me about Dishwashers...

We are going to be renovating a kitchen soon and will be putting in a dishwasher - YAY !

Anyone have a dishwasher they love for any particular reason - besides the obvious

What is better - the kind that uses the hot water out of the hot water cylinder or the kind that heats uses cold water and heats it ?

So, bring it on... tell me everything !

    Thanks

I only love mine because it washes the dishes.... it's not what I'd choose... but it is older and came with our house... I reckon if I were in the market that I'd possibly check out the Fisher and Paykel draw ones cos I think they look cool lol. Also, I believe if you do have a smaller load you can run the draws independently which is a plus for water saving Other than that, I'm no help sorry.

Apparently the F&P dishdrawers have a tendency to leak.

Google "problems with dishwashers" and there'll be a whole heap of stuff there. Research, research, research. I went with the Bosch because it's water and electricity-friendly IYKWIM, and still washes... I use it for literally everything. If it doesn't go in the dishwasher, I don't buy it.

Oh interesting Div! Thanks for that. I have to admit that DH is pretty much into researching stuff a LOT lol... which is good. I think he takes after his dad! Bosch have a good name in the market too. If I reno my kitchen, then I'll look into them
