advice needed for a friend

hi,
i am just after some information for a friend of mine. she is currently 15 weeks pregnant with her 4 baby and has a history of very quick births. the last baby she had just as she walked into the bs of the hospital. she leant up on the bed and DS2 slid past her underpants and onto the floor. this was after her waters breaking less then 5 mins prior to that in the car.
she is concerned that this time she wont make it to the hospital and is looking at homebirths and what she needs in preparation for a possible homebirth. she lives in adelaide so if anyone out there knows where she can access some info that would be great.
