uummm i wont be much help here but when i was over due with claire i was told sex and nipple stimulation are 2 of the best way of natural induction, which you would already know so doesnt really help write your essay does it!

Raspberry leaf tea and scrubbing the laundry floor seemed to work for me! A good dose of both on the Friday afternoon and I went into natural labour the following morning. My waters broke within an hour of the first little niggly contractions.
