It has come to an end

I am sad but ok at the same time... My little man Aiden has decided that he is a big boy now and doesn't need anymore boobie .... November 5 was our last morning boobie... I always wanted him to tell me when he was ready to stop but he was such a boobie man I thought that he keep going until he was 4!!!! I had a feeling that it was coming to an end so I made sure that I cherished every one ......So I would like to congratulate him as we battled through, him spending the 1st week of his life in the Newborn centre and me trying to express into a syringe!!!A sereve tongue tie (got that cut) and a few nasty bouts of mastitis (ended up in hospital).... BUT we both loved it and enjoyed out special times feeding for 14 months anywhere and anytime!!!!

So thank you Aiden you did a wonderful job

I know how you feel hun. That's the same age DS1 self-weaned. I am glad you have lots of great bfing memories and I know you will enjoy the next phase of your mother/son relationship.
