I hated the avent isis iq, it hurt my nipples becasue it is so harsh and it was hard to get a good rythm going. I have swapped to the medela swing as it has the manual let down and is similar to the hospital pumps.

Hi Nox, I have used every pump on the market as I have been pumping 7 years on and off..LOL.. I love my AVENT Isis IQ but I liked the AVENT ISIS hand held better. It got a lot better suction . The IQ is great for me as a part time occasional pump. the Medala swing ( is electric) is also very good and I can recommend that too. The AVENT I found from my circle of friend is better with bigger boobs, but thats just what we found at mothers group.
