Silverbeet ... how to use

Hi All,

So yesterday i bought some silverbeet because they were the only green veggie that looked decent.

So how can i use it for DD? Do i use the green leafy bit or the white bit? will it be too bitter for her?

I was thinking of making a soup

You can use both. We mostly use the green part, and use it as you would spinach.
I shred it and steam (you dont need to steam it for long).
the taste website would have some recipes.
Make sure to wash it very thoroughly first there will be lots of sandy dirt in there.
