    ???

Since posting on here a while ago about me and my partner breakling up, we have ended up back together yet again. Things were all good for a while, but they are going downhill again. I am realy confused and don't know what to do...
Sometimes I just want to leave, but he has no-one else and would be totally lost without me. I just don't know what to do...

Supa star, unfortunately in relationships it is easy to keep ending up in the same patterns over and over. There are ways to break the cycles, but most couples need some help. I suggest you start by having a think about what YOU really want. It doesn't matter whether your DP can manage without you or not. I know this is hard for you as you obviously love him, but it is not the right basis for you to be making a decision on. You have to ask yourself, if things can improve, do I want to stay in this relationship. If the answer is yes, then you have to ask yourself, is it possible for things to improve. If the answer is yes then I strongly recommend counselling. It is probably the only way you are going to be able to have the changes happen that you need in order to be happy. Please give this some real thought, as it is a huge decision, and it has to be based on what you need and think, not your DP. If you stay in the relationship for the wrong reasons, the relationship is doomed and you will both end up more miserable and probably end up hating each other.

I really wish you all the very best and hope that things work out for you. I am sure that if you want it to work, you can make sure it does, but please get the counselling. Don't make the common mistake of leaving it too long - our current high divorce rate shows how all too often that happens. Hugs to you and take care.

Definately agree with Melanie, you need to decide what YOU want, think objectivly if things are able to be improved, and definately think about some counselling if you think they can be and it will make YOU happy
