Hey jess, u'll love it here everyone is really great, we do talk alot. Also everyone i was chatting 2 jess and skittlebub in another thread and we were saying all those who want 2 we should organise a day where we all meet, i know alot of organising but i think its worth it. we were thinking in melbourne some where, of course u lovley ladies that r in another state, u can b there in spirit, unless u want 2 come, by all means do! So just let me know what u think and we can get organising!

I'll be part of the public transport system, so it needs to be closish to a tram stop/train station and somewhere easily reached from Richmond... lol, i dont know my way around this will be the first time i've stepped out of the airport! Only been to the airport once for a stopover on our way to Brisbane.
I'm already meeting some mums (from another site) in the botanical gardens.. i know where they are now... so i'd like to have somewhere else, so that i can see different parts of melb!
Regan- Yeah Tanah Merah is right near the Hyperdome shopping centre. Either place isnt too far from me.

With Melb it depends on how far you want to go into the suburbs, if you want parks there's Fitzroy Gardens, Botanical Gardens or if you want to go further out you could do Jells Park. I dont know what sort of public transport goes to Jells Park tho, just buses I think.
if i could afford 2 come over 2 melbourne i would but i will b there in spirit.
Jade, don't forget the enrollment days are this wednesday (16th) and next saturday (19th) both 9am til noon. I will be talking to the enrollments girl on Monday.
I don't want to go to far out into the suburbs... I'd rather stay close to the centre.

T has organised our mediation for next week, and I've been advised to get legal advice beforehand so I know what I'm entitled to and what possible outcomes could be. T told me made to appointment yesterday for next Tuesday. So I ring the mediator back to find out what's happening, and that is when I'm told that it would be really good to have legal advice. So I have today and Monday to get it. And they don't give it over the phone and most legal aid places are booked out for three weeks ahead. I'm only there 2 weeks. But there is a place in Sydney city that is a walk in, and it will mean most of my day is gone. That's what he's like. Makes appointments with little notice for me, or leaves it really late. I just hope we can resolve this asap.
Leaving tomorrow and I'll steal my mate's computer when he's at work so I can keep you all up to date with proceedings.
I'm starting to stress internally about things, which I can't help. But for the moment, all I need to do is pack our things and work out how I'm getting to the airport. And I must call my mate and ask if he can pick me up from T's after I arrive, as T is picking us up from the airport and Ellie will stay with him.
Must go sort out the laundry. Flight is at 4.15pm tomorrow, so I really only have the morning free.

Cate- Yeah we've been chatterboxes haha. Thats really harsh of T to leave you so little time to organise legal advice, OMG i want to punch the guy!! grrr. Try not to stress too much about things you cannot change. I hope you can get the legal advice you need in time for the mediation. Apparently the train to Brissy Airport is pretty good unless you've got someone who can drive you. If T is the type to make appts at the last minute or gives you little notice PLEASE be careful that hes not trying to make you look like a bad/unfit mother or that your not organised. Good luck with the mediation and i hope you enjoy your time in Sydney.
