    Have fun down there Sally

Just thought I'd let you all know my 12wk NT scan is on 6th April 2009 (I might have said but my brain is all mushy!) @ 1:30pm - kinda a little peeved though. There's a PPV (Pay-Per-View) on Foxtel on at the same time (though it starts MUCH earlier than 1pm) and I've been hanging to watch it. DH couldn't be happier because he was looking for an excuse NOT to go to work on that (wants to watch the same PPV) and he said 'It'll be great! I get to see two things that I want to!'
Sorry for going on and on!

LJ, bugger about the PPV, it'll be on later in the day wont it? Dont they have them on twice? I cant remember I've never bought a PPV.

Good luck at your scan how exciting

Yeah, they have them on later in the day - though apparently it starts at something like 9am this time, so I'm HOPING that it'll be enough time to watch it I said to a friend of mine I was going to spoil everything for him, but I'm not going to be THAT mean :P
Yeah, I can't wait for the scan myself Sally, just wanna see if everything is growing alright in there (cramping is driving me nuts though )

Hope the cramping eases up for you LJ.

    Not much happening around here.

Didnt get down to the youth group yesterday, but did go to the parenting resource centre. Got some pamphlets and they offered to come round to help with brendan's behaviour. I've decided to wait and see what the outcome of his hearing test and developmental check in may is first. I'm hoping to get into an early intervention program down in Perth.

At least you got down there Sally and picked up some pamphlets
It sounds like a good idea (to wait for the appt) - whereabouts in Perth is your appt?

I hope the cramping eases up soon too, though my Dr said that being my first, he thinks it will dull down, just not go away altogether!

LJ, Brendan's appts are at the State Child Development Centre and then KEMH. I have to come down earlier than that. This tuesday will be down going over to Belmont and then back to midland. Friday I have an appt at KEMH.

I cant remember when the cramping eased up with brendan, and I didnt get a great deal this time I'm sure it will all be ok.

Good luck with everything Sally - I reckon everything will be ok with Brendan ... I also hope it's not too hot for you when you get here! It should be nice in Midland (heat wise) I lived in Swan View for the better part of 2 years and loved it in summer there, we were kinda in the hills, but we literally lived on a hill (right in the middle) and the breezes we always got were great!
Gonna visit the Galleria when your in Belmont? They've got Leisure Island in there if Brendan is good I keep forgetting that you live in Perth as well :P I get excited when I talk to people about Perth! Very silly!

I guess (re: cramping) because it is our first, that I would believe the dr and that the cramps will constantly be there because my body is saying 'Time to make some room for this little one!'

Yep i agree on the cramping.

Yeah I live just out of perth, well an hour from midland. so close enough hehe. It's usually cooler down there that what it is here, but I hate that I get headaches from being down there! I'm going to some park, not sure what its called.

Hello Billykat and welcome to the thread

I'm Sally, 22, SAHM to Brendan, 2 (born at 30wks) and I'm 22 weeks pregnant with number 2.

Monika, congrats on the pregnancy!! All the best for making it to term this time. I completely understand your fears. Why were your two early? With Brendan my waters broke at 28 weeks.
