Hi all,
I am writing because I need advice and company as I go through these hard moments. I have been TTC my 1st child for 2 years now and has been diagnosed with an unexplained fertility. Have done 5 IUIs all failed and one IVF which also failed.

My 1st IVF was perfect, produced 27 eggs, and transferred 2 blastocyst on day 5 (grade 5AB and 5BA). Unfortunately, I did not get pregnant .

The news was so hard on me I had to take a break for 2 month now where I started going to an acupuncturist in hope I can find any relief.
Now I am preparing for a 2nd IVF scheduled at the end of June 2009 or early July. I really need your advice on how to maximize my chances of success. I would also like to hear if anyone out there was able to get a success on the 2nd IVF after a perfect failed IVF.
