E2 LOW (estrogen levels) early in their cycle

Would anyone like to share their blood test readings ?? My e2 (estrogen level) is at 36 at the moment after second blood test... I am on 550 Puregon, still on 10 units of Lucrin, and have had a little shot of Pregnyl.. Did anyone have very low estrogen levels early in cycle and then they lifted, if so what should the estrogen levels be around cycle day 6 ??? thanks for sharing....

I'm not sure either and will be interested to see the replies. I just had my E2 levels checked yesterday for my 1st IVF cycle and it was 400 after 6 days of stims. (150 puregon) The nurse called and said it was borderline low and they would check with the doctor today and see if he wants to up my dose or keep me on the 150. We planned this cycle so we could go through all of this while DH was on holidays from work so i will be devastated if i'm not responding well and have to cancel.

These were my levels Day1, 187 Day3, 907 Day6, 3005 Day8, 6251 Day10, 9072, Day11, 16429 My FS said my levels were really good i responded great but that last reading shot up on day 11 because i had a heap of follicles (24) so they had to trigger me 2 days early so quite a few of the smaller follies were not quite mature enough at EPU we did get 8 mature eggs.
I hope the those levels give you a rough idea good luck.

My E2 on Day 6 (after 5 injections of 250 puregon) is 1850, Day 8 (7 injection) is 4400 and Day 11 (10 injection) 7080, I triggered on D11 and had EPU on Day13. FS said my level is really good. Anything under 10,000 before EPU is ok, but higher than that would rish OHSS. Hope it helps.

Thanks girls, my cycle was cancelled 5 mins ago, due to no response. All levels rose except the estrogen so its back to the drawing board for me. FS says that this can happen in some cycles as we all have bad and good ones, even people who are not on IVF. Have to wait for AF to arrive and try again with a new cycle I guess... oh well... hope this thread keeps going and what we have written can be a help for others wanting to know more about levels etc... Will have to start looking in poor responders threads now... best of luck to all on your journey Tracey xx

Hopefully next time around it will work wonders.

I heard back from the doc and he was happy with my E2 and not changing my dose as yet. I have to go back for another blood test tomorrow to see how it's risen then in for an u/s monday.....keeping all my fingers and toes crossed that it all goes ok.

Sorry to hear your cycle was cancelled my FS said some people have higher than average E2 and some just don't respond real well my E2 got up to over 16,000 and i didn't have any signs of OHSS i was fine not even really sore after EPU so she said they won't worry about my levels being so high just trying to stretch out until day 13 to get all the smaller follicles time to get as big as the others is what we are trying to do so i am hoping my next cycle my day 1 E2 is under 200.
