HRT Side-Effects

Hello,
I just wanted to know if anyone was experiencing side-effects with Progynova. The nurse told me that these tablets would actually make me feel good (as opposed to all the hormones I was injecting for stim cycle) I just find myself feeling more and more blue though. I wanted to know if it was the tablets getting me down.
Has anyone had a similar experience?

hi maggie, sorry i don't know anything about that med,sure someone will come along soon with more knowledge than me.Just wanted to say,sorry your last cycle resulted in a bfn.good luck with your fet,i'm waiting for af to arrive,to start monitoring for my fet transfer.Clinic wanted me to have a cycle off meds,have they given you a date for transfer yet

I have to admit, I was hoping I'd be one of the lucky ones for whom it worked first go. Oh well. Thanks for your support. I don't have a date yet, am hoping to find out Monday when I see FS.

Hi Maggie

I was actually really surprised at all the side effects I had from the Progynova and tbh, I felt better on the injectables. I had the following - the blues (as you mentioned), weight gain, shocker evil migraines that rendered me unable to even get out of bed and absolute wicked fatigue.

I felt like I got off quite lightly side effect-wise during my stim cycle so I was really surprised that the HRT drugs hit me so hard. Hope you start feeling a bit better soon and good luck for this FET

You've described my symptoms exactly. Like you- I also got off easy on the stim cycle (mega ovaries were about the only change I noticed) I can hardly believe that these little tablets are making me feel so run down.
