Pelvic pressure/tightness on Puregon

I'm doing my 1st IVF cycle and am on day 3 of Puregon injections (300iu). From the first injection I felt a tightness in my pelvic region. It's not painful but it feels like a light pressure all the time. Is this normal? I'm new to this so any advice will be gratefully received :-)

sorry no one has replied yet. I haven't had that high of a dose before so I'm not quite sure about it. But usually after being on puregon for a few days (maybe 5-7) I feel a fullness in my pelvic region and it hurts when I stand up and sit down because of the size of the follicles in my ovaries. Do you know what day of your cycle you started puregon on? Sorry I couldn't be of much help, but hopefully everything goes well for your cycle this month!
