    Transfer day :)

Today is my first transfer, I'm having 1 embryo put back in.

I'm planning on relaxing on the couch for 2 days, is there anything else I can do to help aide implantation?
    Any 'special' foods?

Best of luck, Emma, I have everything crossed for you. I have no advice beyond what you're already planning - taking these easy for a few days.

Yay Emma, you're PUPO! I'm keeping my fingers knees and toes crossed for you!

I had acupuncture after the transfer and the lady told me to have a romantic/feel good evening afterwards, as normally you'd be DTD to get pregnant, but now you don't. We watched a romantic movie and had some chocolate to go with it.

Afterwards lots of resting (I had my transfer on a Thursday and didn't go back to work till Tuesday). I watched lots of movies, read lots of books and was lots on Belly Belly

Make Love - Our FS told us to make love, as that recreates the environment for natural implantation after conception via sex She also instructed DH to satisfy me hahahahah

Took the advice both times - two BFPs

Congrats on being PUPO hun! I took it really easy (as in, I became a couch potato) all 3 times after transfers and DTD all three times before & after the transfer. It always worked. GL hunni xxx

Thanks ladies, I love you all

I asked my FS about DTD- and she said not to, because I had uncollected eggs.

    I'm excited to be PUPO
