yes chrissy, i know what u mean, i have 4 kids and my DP has 3, so im a bit worried how family will react when i say im trying for another one next Feb. But in the end it's up to us, not them, they dont have to raise it after all !! The thought of presents for all of them at xmas scares the sh** out of me lol
-
Yay Chrissy!! I know exactly what you mean, were not telling anybody about #6 either, they can see for themselves LOL
-
We are ttc #7 in Feb, so we might be ttc buddies Lea! Oh bugger them sweetehart you sound like such a fantastic mother you should be having a bucket load of lil ones! OZ needs us mothers anyway right?
I started christma becuase I knew it had to be done no point in putting off the envevatible right! AND if I started off early like i did I bargain and save a crap load when they up the prices of everything cause they know everyone is having a mad rush.
I am moving to newie after christmas, hope we like it there! They have a huge spiritual church up there i wanna join.
-
i got my reversal to have 2 kids, know i have one, and there is such a age gap from caitlyn to nicole ( 8 years) i really want a couple close in age.
xmas sh((s me, with 7 kids to buy for i have decided this year they all get $10 in there bank account + $50 gift voucher except for caitlyn, as the kids range in age from 14-9, so they can but there own stuff.
-
That's a great idea Chrissy, we thought about doing that too.
-
We dne that last year chrissy, we had the two ****tiest chrissy the last two years. The dissappointment on there faces only getitng money and not sitting around sharing gifts was so sad to see, so that is why we are going all out this year mind you when I say going all out its only things they have anted for like two years now.
Oh I hear ya on the wanting some close age gap. My oldest and youngest have a 16 year gap, although he adores him they will not have much to do with each other as he is off with his girlfriend all the time now.
I wish you all the luck in getting preggers straight away though!!Or in a good time frame
-
I was thinking of getting one big combined pressie and one smaller one each for the 3 that are with me full time. Probably give my oldest, who lives with his Dad, a voucher (teenagers are too fussy lol).
I've been wondering wether i will want another one after i have one next year, just for that whole play mate thing. Have to wait and see how i feel at the time i spose.
Would be great to be belly buddies soul :D

Arrrgh Christmas..its so scarey when we HAVE to start thinking about it. We still have Santa believers here too so its still so much fun. Ive started stashing away already..have a layby on with one of those big blow up castle things on sale at target and a bigger tramp with net..its the older ones that are harder work i think! Little ones love everything. I couldnt do the money thing personally. I love the whole exchange of presents.

lea we could whine together!!! About pregnancy that is lmao.
JO same here, we still have four little belivers here as well so cant just hand them a cheque and say happy christmas, omg they would murder me and say santa died lmao. I have a layby on as well . Bikes for all!!! I also just bought a 15 ft trampoline with the ladder and netting all around for $200 off ebay brand new they deliver, so got a bargain. Hope it fits in the backyard lmao. The kids are what make it feel so exciting I love christmas I dont see it as a burden I see it as a day we can all be together and its a day that I see massive smiles on litt;e faces and it only comes once a year so got to make it a special one, they will grow up one day and not be here for it anymore and I want them to remember it being a great day with mum and dad. All myn wrre ****ty as a kid, no good memories and when my kids ask me infront of my mum you can see the imbarrestment about it as she couldnt give a stuff about it when we were kids. I dont wnat my kids having those memories too.
OK ramberling lmao
-
OMG Soul what a bargain..i will have to check what size I have on layby..they just have a reglar rectangular one now but the one I have on layby is for $450..think you have got a bargain!!!
Jo
-
jo its a round one, I wnated the one you are getting lmao but when saw all these ones on ebay had to go for that instead. Its $85 delivery so all up $285 but was ok about that, wow I didnt know how expesnive they are in the shops wholy crap. I bought it as a joint present for all kids anmd as I am having more kid later on it wont go to watse then I can just sell on ebay when finished with lmao
-
Well Ive just checked and the one i have on layby through target is $449 for 12 ft round one....so youve got a great deal...might have to go and have a looksie on ebay myself now ..heehee
Jo
-
oh wow just want i want im going to look on ebay myself thanks soul
-
sounds like ebay might do good business today lol
i just went on for a quick look and had brought something within 10 mins !! I got some big wall stickers for my boys' bedroom, they love mater from CARS. Was very tempted to get some for a nursery too but decided it may be a bit early yet !!!! oh well, i can still look :D
-
ugh! All this talk about Christmas!!!!! It's all too much for me! LOL. You guys are so keen, good on you.
-
OMG it is really coming fast (chritmas that is)!!!
We have started buying, we did the layby now til christmas at Big W, can't even remember what is on there now!!!
Storm i read that you have to worry about bub's birthday as well, Then had a look and our bubs are only a few days apart!!!!! I am so not looking forward to that for him when he gets older! His Birthday is so close that i reckon he will hate it when he is older.
I hear you all on the tramp thing too, thats what we decided to do too, except i haven't had much luck yet on ebay! I want a bargain and if they go over $250 i generally don't bid on them! But i figure if it is meant to be then i shall eventually get one at the price i am willing to pay!
-
As for the bub thing i really want to have another so DS has a playmate too, but DH isn't so keen this time. Maybe i can change his mind when mitchie turns one, if not then i guess my little boy is just gonna have to be happy with his nutty mummy!!!!!
-
Kate we were in two minds too about having a little mate for Sammy ..weve ummed and ahhhed..but all up Im pretty happy with our decision to enjoy our family as it is. Although my two eldest dds are not my husbands, he has been dad since they were tiny, so Im happy.

I know Kat, it's really gonna suck for Angel. But we said we will have chrissy morning, then after lunch it will be her b'day & when she is in school. we're gonna have her b'day parties in June.( if only she hadn't come early LOL)
-
Katstribe Even $300 is a bargain for Trampoline of ebay cause they are massive and look at jo, her's cost nearly $500 from a regular shop. So cheap on ebay. Although depending what size your after too I guess.
I noticed the newcastle people didnt say anything when I mentioned I was moving up there next year, I just wanted to get some info from them ., not jump on there door step, lmao. Anyway wont be going by the looks of it, looks like DH and I might seperate for a while. Easy for the med isnt it, they leave and thats thta, I am left with kids, bills, doc appointments, dentists appointments, cooking, cleaning, washing, bathing, school...........yadda yadda yadda !!! I am sick of it. Sorry just venting.
