Hi
just needed to vent a little,
a bit about me
i have 5 natural children 16,13,8,7,4, and 2 stepchildren 15,14
DH and I are planning number 8 and this will be our only planned baby since we have been married ( 18 months) and i love them all dearly, and they are worth every grey hair i dye.

My vent is that i wish people would stop telling me what is right and what is wrong with our decision to have another child, it is not like i am racing out to do this tomorrow as i have been working with the doctors for optimum health this time as usually i fall preganant and either miscarry or i find out at 5- 6 months and it is a scramble to get used to all the complications that go with being preganant.

I know that i have health issues ( diabetes, thyroid issues, and pcos) i know that i am overweight but i have tried very hard and been unsuccessful in losing anything significant that stays off, but i wouldn't go ahead with this if i didn't have doctors support and approval. I mean it is not the be and end all if i do not fall pregnant there is no garantee but the benifit is i am healthier and that is a plus for all my family and if another child is meant to come into our lives then it will but i will n ot be upset if i dosent happen .

I have certain people that call me their friends and i realise that they are just looking out for me but i wish they would stop telling me what to do in a my way or the highway sort of way if that makes sense, it is very frustrating as i feel like i am being treated like a child and i feel like i can't tell tehm to their face but grrrrr it makes me mad and i needed to get that out.

I am happy to be a stay at home mum , i have worked for the last ten years had my other children in care to do this and i have out on lots and when i made the decision to stay at home and try and get healthy i lost a few friends as this wasn't right for them so you win some , you lose some ....

i am sorry if sounds a little selfish or childish but i just needed to get it out and now i feel a whole lot better.

for all the mums who are looking to add to there families honestly the more the merrier , yes being organised is an advantage( iam not but i try lol) and yes having money to do stuff like sports and things is an advantage but most places let you pay things off and i just love layby, so if you really want to and it was meant to be then it will be

thanks for listening would appreaciate any advice but please no judgements i do respect all opinions but am a little fragile at the moment
