I am organising my best friends Hen's night and i am stuck on the invite wording.

It will be $50 pp this includes $35 for their meal and the rest will go in for the bride to be's meal, drinks adn taxi home.

How do i word this. do i just write $50 pp or do i need to include what the $50 is for?
Also money needs to be in atleast a week b4. and once we give numbers we have to pay for that many even if someone doesnt show up.

so all this stuff should it be in the invite or on a seperate card?
I hate money things lol
