Question Significance of a positive ANA test

Hello, just after a bit of advice.
I am currently going through IVF and I've had 1 transfer BFN. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have found out recently that I have tested positive for ANA- Anti Nuclear Antibodies (1:320). What is the significance of this? Would it affect implantation or pregnancy if it occurred? Im seeing my new FS tomorrow- should I be asking for more immunology testing even after just 1 failed transfer ( my gut instinct is telling me to ask) and what treatments are available for ANA. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
