Hi everyone
Good on ya Bee. Tell that doc what you want - you're paying him (heaps) to provide you with a service. Almost typed service you then but had second thoughts.
Hi Trish, glad you're sniffing and not sucking. Public loos - yuk.
Glad you're moving on with things Keen. It's hard but it's harder to try and dig yourself out of a hole if you bury yourself!!
How's the decision making going Sheree? I have to admit to being a bit ignorant about PGD. Ah, what the hell, go to blast.....
Hi Blue (where are you??), Sush, *Tam* and anyone else about, hope you're all well.
I got my meds today. And paid. Have changed from Gonal-f to Puregon and Synarel to Lucrin (that's what I used to take). So, more jabs but didn't like the idea of 4 sniffs a day. Like you Bee, I'm looking forward to it too in a strange way. Hopefully, I'll kick off my flare cycle this weekend....
My flippin' mower man just mowed over a baby lavender I've been nursing for 2 weeks after my niece stood on it. PMT week - he copped a blast :smt021 Lucky he's a good sort. Don't get excited, he's married and I work with him.

Sue
Sue - LOL re mower man and PMT. Onward and upward hey for the next cycle - are you excited?
We only had 2 good embies so the embriologist said that PGD wouldn't be worth it ($1950 just for the PGD on top of everything else). Also she said that the abnormalities dectected last time were normal in that they wouldn't get me pg - y c part of the problem with abnormalities are those that early m/c. So we are now in the hands of the gods - as they say.
Well Sheree, hands of the gods have to be the best hands to be in!!!
Me - Excited? Yes. Having second thoughts? Yes. Positive? Yes. Realizing it is the right thing to do and I'm not too old so no need for second thoughts? Yes. ](*,) Negative? Yes. And on it goes!! But, actually I'm feeling fine. A lot more laid back about it than I was years ago. Have realised over the past 4 years of not trying at all (no partner) that there really are other things in life. But, we all have to find that out for ourselves - took me an awfully long time. I would never ever give that out as advice though - so don't take it that way!!!
Mower Man? Yes, he's always good to vent at. A great buddy and can take it without getting all 'affected'.
Love
Sue
Good afternoon
Bee, good to see your cycle starting. It seems like ages that I've jabbed myself, the bliss of FET. Here's to lots of follies
Sue, soooooo close, go girl, go girl
Trish not far for you either
Gee there'll be heaps of action going around.
Sheree, all go for transfer, let's see what we can do. I'm hoping for a double whammy for us two.
Sush, hope that baby warming is going well, can't wait to see that belly again. Might need some belly rubs to keep positive for the TWW.
I've been in bed sick today & hoping to get rid of it before the ET, don't want to start off on the wrong foot.
Take care ladies
Sheree - that is good news about your two strong ones! You must be happy that they didnt encourage the PGD especially when they didnt feel it would likely make a difference - here's to your strong bubs grabbing on tight for the long ride - so when is your ET? They will be blasts wont they? Very very excited and hopeful for you my sweet.
Sue - I hope you sure did let the mower man have it. Poor little plant. Good sort, hey? Not like the one of Desperate Housewives??
Tam - you look after yourself and get better, ya hear!
Sush - it is really funny that even though I know your name I cant bring myself to call you anything but Sush. Just doesnt seem right!
Im now waiting for the next cycle I suppose - worked out probably start about 30 October...
ET is tomorrow Keen, with 3 day old embies - better in me that the dish apparently. I'm jumping at it, not getting to ET the last couple of times has been tuff. But I'm a tad apprehensive as my last transfer ended in an ectopic. We have a new doctor so hopefully he will not put it close to my fallopian tubes this time!!! Thanks for your kind words and thinking of me. I really hope that your little wait (I bet it doesn't feel like a little wait though!) goes quickly. It sounds like you are in better spirits.
Let's hope that we ALL can't drink for Xmas and New Year because we are ALL pg - I would drink to that if I could LOL.
I'll be in that plan with you Sheree - for sure!
Am happy to hear you are going to get to ET this time - at least once they're in you can be sure you are taking good care of them :) . When will your beta be?
I know this month is now going to drag on for me - but one thing I have gained through all this is the ability to wait.... and wait... and, well you know!
wishing you the very best Sheree [-o<

Hi everyone
How did you go today Sheree? This is the first chance I've had to get in here today so didn't know ET was today!!! Belated good luck...
*Tam* Good luck for tomorrow, hope you've shaken the bug.
Hi Sush, no, not here yet. If it comes Saturday, I have to go to Sydney on Sunday for CD2 BT. No big deal, just rather it was here though. In comparison to other things - that's nuthin'!! How are you going?
Trish, are you doing ok? Got some CoQ10 50mg today. You were right about the prices varying. I don't know how they get away with such huge price differences when according to the label the contents and dosage are the same.
Blue....where are you? Get your nose out of those books for 10 minutes and come and say
Hey, Keen, remember that banter we had a few weeks ago about bringing on AF? I remember white pants (don't have any), wedding dress (um, nope), what were our other ideas? I did heaps of very fast walking today at work - nothing eventuated except breathlessness. All I can think of is my camping story.....
Hi Bee and anyone else out there, hope you're all doing well.
Love
Sue
Hi everyone! Sorry I have been scarce - trying to catch up with assignments...
Sheree - Hope your transfer went well!
Tam - hope you're feeling better soon!!
Sue - How is Larry Lavender doing after it's hair cut?
Read an article in the paper that I thought you might be interested in:
'Test kit will measure fertility levels'
A simple test telling women how many years they have left to start a family was revealed by scientists yesterday. It tells would-be mothers how close they are to menopause by measuring hormone levels.... The test, available early next year, measures three different hormones found in the blood.
Sorry for the short post - gotta go - home and away is nearly on. Must go see if Leah has POAS yet...
Take care
Love
H
:chairfall: ah Blue, we miss you. That sense of humour.
Larry Lavender is in trouble with Hazel the Grapefruit Roller. He didn't mow far enough under one of our orange trees.
Thanks for the info on that test. I might start queuing (sp?) now.
As for Leah, I'm going to her clinic. 1 appointment with the specialist. Next thing, she's in hospital after epu (?), then they tell her they'll see her in 2 weeks. Wow, no meds, no tests, no scans - sounds fantastic!!!
Love
Sue
LOL Sue - yes, no sniffing, no jabbing, no internal scans, no bloating, no mood swings, no huge bill... what was that Dr's name??
2 on board ladies, no frosties I'm afraid. Chat tomorrow O:)
