Please help me with Puregon dose :-(

Hi Girls,

I am having a hell of a time at the momment my FS has decided to leave and no one told me. She has moved hospitals and by the time I will get to my new appointment I would have been waiting for 3 months. 3 months when you have been on treatment for 3 years is an awful long time. This is killing me.

I went to see my GP the other day in tears over it and he said he would be happy to track my cyle IF I get a natural period. He will do my tracking and let me do another round of Puregon (my last treatment was the first time on Puregon) He really doesnt know anything about it. So I lied to him

I told him I remembered how to do it and when to get my blood tests and evrything so all he had to do was do my tracking.

truth is I cant remember. I was hoping someone would be able to run me through their routine.

I know I will start on 75 as last time it was 50 and the FS said it was to low so next time she would start at 75.

I start on day 1 of my period?

But from then on I have no idea.

I hope someone can help me, this is so upsetting!

Oh that really sucks

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I really think only a specialist can properly prescribe a protocol for you and monitor your progress.
Maybe your GP can get in touch with your FS or find out some more information themselves to prescribe the right amount and direct you through the cycle properly. I just worry if you get bum advice online things could go pear-shaped for you.
