Just a reminder to all: all LTers love seeing a fellow LTer achieve that longed-for BFP, and we all find hope in one of our own having success in this difficult journey. But please remember that there are those who cycled with you who may not have received good news at the end of their cycle. Please do not post baby/child/pg tickers or pg related signatures (eg blinking BFP icons) etc in this forum out of respect for them.
As it's easy to forget to remove your ticker, please be advised that we will remove it for you if it's posted in here. Just easier, is all.
Possums - wanted to send you a big hug. Xmas is suge a horrible time with infertility or after loss. Not that keen to celebrate this yr myself either. Bring on a happier 2009 I say!
Saph - great that you can see your FS so soon and know exactly what you will doing next

BabyDreamtime - So good that yu can start meds sooner and not clash with xmas. A new year EPU has got to be a good omen!
Me - All 14 of our embies were suitable for biopsy today ! I am amazed!!. Nurse said the lab was going to be busy with my babies all day! ET at around 1pm tomorrow and will find out results of PGD testing when we get there. There's got to be some good ones out of 14 doesn't there?!
Meredith - congrats on your wonderful 14 embies! That's great.
For me, I'm on the meds for my first FET cycle - expecting transfer around mid december and keeping very busy with work and home - which is great. I don't get in to post often now, but I do think of you often.
Ruth, great to hear from you, and good luck with your first FET in Dec, I really hope it is the one for you. Hope this will make a great New Years Eve BFP.

My cycle was cancelled today.....my follies this morning were only 2, and my E2 has dropped to 1200. Feel very sad and confused, don' t know why this has happened. Will see FS tomorrow for some answers

jbm - you & i are definitely going to be TWW'ing together again! i'm having another scan tomorrow, and think i will be triggering tomorrow night (FET hopefully Tuesday?) I feel really positive about this one...i'm so glad you do too! how exciting that it is going to be your b/day as well! BFPs are on order for us both for christmas

afm, looking forward to my scan tomorrow and then (hopefully) trigger tomorrow night. a question for you girls, has anyone also tried naturally before a FET cycle? i'm worried that if the thaw fails then we will have wasted the month? but then again, if the thaw goes well, we'll put 2 embies back (and then it would be a bit scary if we'd also BD'd for a possible third...) i'd love any thoughts on this.
Mels - not sure, I think I would be BDing to optimise chances. The law of averages says that you wouldn't get three but I guess you never know!

Hey to anyone I"ve missed.
AFM: Well, after my IVF cycle was canceled on Wed, I saw the FS yesterday and I have a new plan! He thinks that my dose was too low in the beginning, as my E2 was also on the low side, with the result that I had only 2 follies grwoing. He said with the right dose to begin with, more follies are stimulated. Live and learn, I guess. Will start a flare cycle in January with double the dose of Puregon! I'm feeling okay.

AFM, DP and I are trying naturally this month and Ive been using an ovualtion test so as to give it our best shot. Never used them before so has been interesting. It looks like the "surge" may be either tonight or tomorrow as there was a faint line that appeared this morning. So we will be busy, busy tonight and tomorrow.
