AF after IVF??????

Hello calling all fellow IVF users.
Was hoping someone can answer my question.
I did 1 IVF cycle and AF came at 28 days as per norm, ending our IVF, now am in my next natural cycle after that and so far it has been 6 weeks long, am not PG, I know that my body is still probably affected by the drugs and it will take time to get back to a normal rythym but how long was your second cycle after IVF????

I too have a delay wit the next cycle i have unless medicated - just your body getting back into clockwork

Yep, same thing happened to me. Had a 40-something day cycle the one after IVF.
Hope AF shows up soon.

I had my last IVF 5 years ago & both times AF came early ( I think I'm lucky ' cos I would have been devastated if I was late then wasn't pregnant) BUT , in my case in the whole 5 years since ,AF come's between 28-31 days every month, no telling when , which can sometime's be frustrating when trying to pinpoint ovulation
Dr's are at a bit of a loss as to why & when seeing as before IVF I was day 28 on the dot ??? I suggested going back on the pill to try & regulate my cycle they said a very strong no !!! I still after all this time would like to try that , might chat to my GP now that it's on my mind again !!!!

Blayz, same thing happened to me. My first natural cycle after IVF was 40 something days. My next one was back to normal. From what I understand, this is completely normal.
