I've dug out dh's analysis, trying to work out if I should get him to take menevit. I try and get him to take the blackmores 'men's performance multi' which is ment to help fertility, but compared to menevit it has less folate, Vit C, Vit E, zinc and is missing a few other things...so given his analysis - does anyone know if menevit will help his little boys??? (our FS has not suggested it, but then it may just be that she is a bit worried about dh's response!)


  • count - 4mill/ml (low)
  • motility - 6% (low)
  • mean velocity 26 microns/sec (low)
  • morphology - 87% abnormal (high) (morphology mainly consists of small or absent acrosomes - what ever that means!)
  • 59 % of sperm viable by dye - exclusion


Also, does anyone know which is better out of elevit or blackmores concieve well gold for women TTC?
