    Syneral Side Effects?

    Hi everyone,
I'm 29 and i am day 3 of using syneral for IVF.
I'm without doubt the most highly strung anxious worrier in the world... I panic about every single thing...
I have noticed today though that i feel completely 'normal' almost emotionless??? Is this common? i have no anxiety, don't feel worried, not panicking, thoughts all normal, etc... I imagine i feel like i have been jabbed with a massive dose of tranquiliser (i never take any medicines for my anxieties to know) i am just so so so calm...
I have a 2 1/2 yr old daughter who plays up to go to bed and i don't even feel angry that she is running around being a cheeky monkey :-)
It feels lovely to feel so 'normal' but i cant help thinking its something to do with the syneral and switching off the hormones in my body?
    help?
    anxiousmommy :-) xx

    Syneral

    Hi,

My first two IVF attempts, I felt like a zombie on Syneral. It had a real calming effect on me - no stress at all.

My third attempt however, I was a complete fruitloop. Felt like I had no control whatsover.

Hi Anxious, I have heard some women can really zone out on syneral. One of our members used to loose time, which is an extreme. Most people find that once they start the stims their syneral symptoms lessen.
I hope all is going well with your cycle.

Synarel made me completely stupid - and some of my brain came back once the injections started...

Yes Synarel made me feel a bit switched off too, but not for long. Also I must have had a sensitive nerve in my gums because if I put it up my right nostril the whole side of my face would be in agony for about 1 minute. Also I suffered with scabs in my nose for months after However, it is all for a very good reason!

ahhh, that?s great to hear... i was beginning to think the synarel was sending me into a nervous breakdown (im an extreme worrier though) lol
im on day 3 of injections and feel back to my normal self...
now im dreading the egg retrieval...
but as we all agree, worth it in the long run!

    thanks girls! xx
