Anyone had kidney trouble following fertility treatment?

As the title says, just wondering if anyone has reacted to treatment by having trouble with their kidneys?
My sister has been told she may have to stop IUI because of it...

sorry to say I haven't however i did read somewhere that the meds can affect your kidneys...

I get lower back aches when on the stims & I sometimes freak out that its my kidneys!!..I do make sure I drink a huuuugeee amount of water..one reason is to prevent OHSS which I have had & the other truly is to look after my liver & kidneys.. I find the lymphatic system gets slow with pushing through the fluids in your body due to the meds bloating you so the only way to help things in all these systems & organs is drink lots of water.

Does your sister do accupuncture - can strengthen her kidneys whilst doing ivf?

She isn't doing acupuncture - will tell her to look into it. Looks like she won't be able to do IUI anymore now anyway because she's on medication for her kidneys
