Anyone out there TTC using AP and TCM?

Come out of the woodworks if you are hiding . I'm using Vitex and Acupuncture this cycle and might also add in some Maca Root. Anyone else on the TCM path?

AP was the only thing we did different the cycle we conceived after 12 months, I'm a believer!

Hey Hun, while I never used AP (but have hears terrific things!) I used Vitex for about 3 cycles, which extended my LP to 14 days instead of 12, but did nothing for my cycles. It also made me very grumpy, so beware! TCM in general I have heard great things about as well, with regulating hormones and fixing cycle lengths. Good luck and I can't wait to hear how you go!!

What's the EPO for when ttc? I know in later preg it makes a favourable cervix, same thing? I was ttc for 20 months, and looking down the ivf path. I'd just had a hycosy done the cycle before I concieved this little one

EPO is to increase good quality CM, especially EWCM. I buy mine in bulk, pretty cheap. I also found some cheap Maca powder and a great new acupuncturist who is so much cheaper than I thought, woot! I am feeling so positive today despite what is ahead of me .

Very glad to hear you got pg when you did, I was at the FS looking into getting a lap and talking about IVF when we fell too.

BTW, I am so jealous of your birthing pool .

That's great that you're feeling positive! Ahhh okay, yes I have heard it makes more ewcm. I never had any, really. Lol, my birth pool is lovely, isn't it? Soon to be yours too, if you want it

Oh I want a home waterbirth so badly! I have this tremendous urge to waterbirth, not sure where it is coming from, but it feels like a big magnet sucking me in. Just need a baby in my belly first (working on that!). I had no EWCM last cycle either so I'm upping the fluids and EPO and getting rid of the caffeine. Feels pretty good as a general health move even if I wasn't TTC .
