I thought that i would look at this post. I also had 8 IVF cycles(mine were all stim) quite a low responder.. I had a baby last year, thought -natural conception, after 7 yrs TTC- it was definitely a miracle.. When i was cycling, i was going thru MIVF- had a great MIVF RE. anyhow, we did several different cycles. i also had testing done by Prof Gan at monash to see if there were any reasons for implantation failure. He is a haemologist. and very good. I am not sure if he is taking on any patients anymore.
Do you do ICSI? do you get a good number of eggs. have you tried accupuncture before and after tfr?
Would suggest writing out a list of questions- if you ahvent already done so.
Also the best cycles where is got the best quality of embies was a protocol called the Sher protocol, think they only do it as MIVF? also have you tried the Colorado Protocol, this was going to be my nxt one.
I know what it is like to have many cycles, i never thought the light was at the end of the tunnel, so i wish you every much success with cycle number 9, may it be your lucky 1..
Thanks Maggie, I have had some implantation bloods dont but all came back ok except my prolactlin was a little high but that could be from the stress of having the bloods done in the first place!!!
I dont think we need ICIS as DH sperm are very good,
My first cycle i got about 10 eggs and 8 embies from this
My 2nd cycle i got a wopping 16 eggs and all fertlised (two MC from this cycle)
My 3rd cycle i got 17 eggs and i think 12 fertlised two frosties still
I do see a NP and do have regular accunpunture
Ive never heard about the Sher protocol or colorado protocal but will google them
Thanks for your reply its given me somthing to think about
Sorry theres no real advice I can give as its only my 2nd go, but I wanted to let you know that I'm really hoping that 9's the magic number for you. Its your turn now dammit! Hugs x
