After our BFN this cycle, I went and had a lovely massage this morning and the lady who did my massage also did some reiki on me. I found it to be really healing and having never had it done before, I came home and googled it (as you do!) and found that some people use it as a complementary treatment alongside fertility treatment.

Was wondering if anyone here has used Reiki before, with IVF/other fertility treatment/in general? How did you find it and was it helpful for you?

I'm thinking of doing some regular sessions over the next couple of months if only for the stress relief benefits!
