Dizzy spells - clomid or sign of pregnancy??

    Hi

This is my first post, though I have been enjoying reading what others have to say for afew months now. My partner and I (I am in a same sex relationship) are trying to become parents thru IUI with donor sperm.

For the last 2 days I have been experiencing light headnnes and dizzy spells especially in the morning. Yesterday they started at about 10:30am and lasted for a couple of hours and this morning I have woken up with a feeling of lightheadness.

We are in our 3rd cycle.
I take 50mg of Clomid for six days from cd 4-9.
The IUI took place on cd 15
    and today is cd 20.

I am wondering if people think the dizzy spells are just related to the clomid or could it be an early sign of pregnancy??

During the first month when I took clomid I experienced a little bit of lightheadness, however if I rested for a few minutes it went away. The last 2 cycles I haven't had any noticeable side effects from the clomid.

Any advice or suggestions would be welcome

    Thanks
    Belin

    Hi Belin...
    welcome !!!
I can't help much because everything is such a guessing game but when I had clomid I always had full pregnancy symptoms & AF was late every time !!! Talk about bursting your bubble. It was awful to deal with !!! I'm about to go back to specialist this week & hopefully back on clomid. Many years ago I tried IVF but no success. Will go back at a later date if have to but need to save $$$$$ first
good luck, keeping everything crossed for you & your loved one

That is what I am hoping.
Though I went to the doctors yesterday and while she didn't rule out it being related to pregnancy she thinks it is more likely that I have an inner ear infection thing, if it is an ear infection it should clear up in a few days.
She doesn't think it is related to the clomid as it has been 2 weeks since I have had any and also I have been having clomid for 3 months with no real side affects. except during the first cycle.
Anyway pregnancy blood test is next Tuesday, so I will know in a week.
