Kerbear - don't worry :hug: I saw on the other thread that you're starting ivf so weight loss might go on the backburner for a while? (hopefully about 9 months :crossfingers:). I think it's great you've managed to stay focused through it all and keep the 5.5 kg off. I may be starting ivf in March or so, so would love to lose weight beforehand like you did!
Neda - I don't find 1200 cal that low because I exercise most days so get extra calories (but have a desk job too). You have so many great ideas - thanks!! I love wraps and that's really interesting about the soup thing. I eat a bit of soup in winter but am usually too lazy to make it - and I know the tinned ones have lots of salt. I've downloaded a recipe for vege fritters too - they sound good :)

I've actually been really motivated and good this week. I've shocked myself! :jawdrop: I've stuck to my daily calories and exercised every day so if the scales don't behave this week - i'm gonna be mad! Now - how to STAY motivated...
