Question HElp - Took Synarel Late!

    Hi all,

I am a newbie to all this and am going through my first cycle at the moment, and am on the synarel. I have a question and hope all you lovely ladies can help.

I am due to take my morning snort of synarel at 7am.

Today, being Saturday, I slept in and took it 1hr & 45 mins late at 8.45.

Do you think this will be a huge problem???

Being the anal worry wart that I am .. I am just a bit worried.

    Thanks... Fi

It shouldn't be a problem. My DH once drove my synarel to work with him after a night out, and i took it over an hour late. I rang the nurses and they said it was OK, but not to do it again!
I'm no expert but I would ring the nurses for your own peace of mind. I find they are lovely and helpful and can make you feel a little calmer/reassured.
    Good Luck.

    Hi There!!!

    Its no worries at all!!!
After 4 cycles, I've done it numerous times!!! (and its been a lot longer than an hr or 2 !)

Its more so the distance in between each squirt is approx 12hrs, so it won't matter at all.... I once even forgot until about 4hrs too late, when the nurses told me it wasn't too big a deal, and I just missed that one for the morning... it didn't make any difference on the outcome

When you take your dose tonight, maybe take it around 7.45pm, and then take tomorrows around 7.30am, and then tomorrow night you'll be back to 7pm again.

As long as its approx 12hrs in between each one!!!

    Hope That Helps

    Love Holly

it should be fine. i think on the info sheet it says if you forget to take dose take as soon as possible, which you have done. i missed out by an hour or so a couple of times. maybe set your alarm for 7am, thats what i ended up doing, especially when i started injections in the morning too. good luck with your cycle!!!

Yep, should be fine, I took it late a few times actually and it didn't make any difference. The nurses said as long as it's not hours late, it doesn't make any difference.
