How do you track your cycles?

Hi girls, Just curious. I started with an app on the phone and then added saliva test to it too. Today I got my thermomenter and will add that to the things I can track on the app. I feel a little lost with the whole mucus thing tbh so I dont really track it.

What do you all do?

I didn't do the mucous thing either really I just took note that around I time it was more prolific otherwise I only did the Internet cheapie opks less stress and analysis involved I think simple pee on a stick and line it up with the others and wait for a surge in saying that it took us ages with charting and stressing and timing to get pg then second time we thought it would take a while so didn't prevent and here I am pg again which I was surprised about

I used an old fashioned diary and a pen and wrote everything that I noticed while TTC. I have it stashed For future reference should my daughter in law or DD ever ask me any nitty gritty pregnancy stuff!

I use an iPhone app, period tracker. Its been great. I also use OPKs (to avoid conception at the moment). Even just understanding cervical mucus and tracking that is a big indicator. Its 5 days you need to watch for out of a whole cycle.

I use an app called Ovu View. :-) its really good, you can record pretty.much everything. And so easy to use!

I use temps and OPKs. I try to track CM, but I'm a bit hit and miss with it.

I chart everything on Fertility Friend (website and phone app). They have a free charting course; if you haven't already done it, it's a great place to start.

That is the one I use, I think its really good. I only have the free one at the moment but considering the paid one

so I got my thermometer and have started using it to get into the habit. I am currenty waiting on AF which is about 5 days late. I don't remember ever being this late.

I have done 3 POAS tests each with a day break in between but BFNs all the way.

Hoping the appointment with the doc tomorrow will shed some light on what is going on.
