Hydrosalpinx

So, last week I went and had an u/s and a lap & dye and the results came back saying that I have Hydrosalpinx - my right tube is full of fluid.

I'm booked to see a new FS next month (I was not comfortable with my current FS) to discuss my options with him.

In the mean time, what can I do? Is there anything I can do?

Realistically, what are my chances of falling NOT using IVF?
