Icsi, pixie, polyscope

OK so i posted a while ago for a friend who has had zero ferterlisation results from her last three ICSI cycles

I am hoping someone will be able to shed some light and inform me on PICSI and Polscope, where it is offered in Australia, if they have been through these cycles what to expect and where to start looking for more information.

any information would be greatly appreciated
