Hi everybody. This is my very first post here as I just came across this site today.

I am going to be doing a combined cycle of clomid days 3-7 and then Bravelle injections on days 9 and 11 (depending on scans) And Trigger on 12 or 13 ( again depending)

Has anybody ever done this?

I was successful in getting pregnant with 50mg of Clomid but miscarried about 2 weeks before DH left for Afghanistan. Now he is coming home on R&R and will be home for 18 days. My cycle just happens to match up perfectly (with much manipulation on my part. LOL) I will be on CD 7 or 8 when he gets home.

We can't do IUI because of limited time home and we don't want to waste days traveling back and forth to the RE's office. it is a 4 hour drive each way.

What can anybody tell me about this combo?
How did the Bravelle treat you?
What side effects did you have?
Did the bravelle injs. help your CM after the clomid?
What was the success?

I would love to have twins, but with DH being gone I think I would rather have a singleton. He will be gone for another 8 months after he returns to Afgh. I don't think I want to have to handle any complications on my own.

Did any of you get multiples?
Is this a waste of time?
by that I mean would you have rather just skipped to injections and not done the combo?
How long does it take the HCG (10,000IU) to leave my system.?
I am 5'4" and 145lbs if that makes a difference.

Anything else you can think of to tell me is so greatly appreciated. It has been a long road, and I'm trying not to get too hopeful, but every time we try something new I get my hopes up, and it never seems to work.
