So, we've been seeing a naturopath for a few months now, been on supps, tonics etc and we're still not UTD Im still on the supp's, as of tonight I stopped the tonics
Tonight my naturo said, if we don't conceive this month, there is nothing more he can do for me.
DP however, he can work on. He is wondering now, if DP might be the cause, even though his SA came back within normal ranges?

Great (or not I suppose) to see you in here again, was wondering how you are going with everything. Was hoping that you would have had some exciting news by now, as we all are.
What supps are you still taking? I am still waiting for the herbs that worked for me last time to arrive at the health food shop (tablet form) so I can start them. Still trying to be positive at this stage but into the TWW atm and know that I am not pg so feeling quite emotionally drained. Now just want af to hurry up so I can start the next cycle!

I'm not taking liquids anymore. Im just finishing off th supp's I've got which I have to admit helped with my cycle overall (back pain and cramping) Good luck with the herbs I hope it works for you! It does kinda suck when you have a time limit, and i really hoped it wouldnt reach that state - but what can i do? kwim? As each month passes and more and more pregnancies are announced it saddens me. Emotionally drained is definately the word! Gets a tad overwhelming at times too
I totally agree with the emotional draining comment! Feeling quite over it but do every month at this time as AF is on the way. Will see if herbs are in tomorrow and then start again next month. Know time lines aren't the best thing but have decided that if nothing has happened by Christmas I need to move on. Don't know what else to do - DH dead against IVF etc (too expensive too) and can't spend the rest of my life being defined by the fact that can't get preg. Will definately be having a few trips to the shrink to deal with that if that's what happens!

Got the withania and globe artichoke yesterday and started them today. Still waiting for the false unicorn root to arrive, hopefully before AF this week sometime so can start taking it and chaste tree for next cycle. Will also take my vit E / evening primrose / fish oil supplement took last time as well.
Fingers crossed! Now just want AF to arrive so can start the next cycle!!!
